THE SWAN
Partial Planning
The Swan is meant for couples who prefer to be more hands-on with the planning process, and usually already have a venue booked but mainly need help with vendor booking and day-of coordination.
We will provide expert guidance to help source your remaining vendors so you can make confident decisions to take swift action. Once the venue and all vendors are booked, MWS will serve as the liaison between the clients and the venue/vendors to coordinate with all parties efficiently and effectively.

THE CRANE
Full Planning
The elusive Red-Crowned Crane is a symbol for luck, longevity, and happiness, and this is our sincere hope for your special love story.
Venue selection, design, budgeting, RSVP management, website development – you name and it will be taken care of. Share your vision with us, and we’ll turn it into a gorgeous reality. We are here to take care of putting together all the details so you can enjoy your engagement instead of being overwhelmed with planning.

Destination
Planning a destination wedding is a major undertaking and requires a little magic. That’s why this package is named after the mythical Phoenix – we ensure your once-in-a-lifetime destination wedding will be legendary.
MWS together with our trusted travel management partners will coordinate all your travel arrangements including room blocks, family flights, and all ground transportation. This package also included planning a welcome dinner or rehearsal dinner the day before and next-day activities. We are here to help you create a whole weekend of fun celebration for you and your family/friends. We'll take care of it all so you won't have to worry about a thing!

CONSULTANT SERVICE
Many of our coordination clients enjoyed adding this service to have access to our experienced planners for advice and guidance prior to the last 8 weeks of the wedding management and coordination.
This add-on includes reviewing venue/vendors' contracts before signing, providing design feedback, timeline creation advice... and more. If this is something you are interested in, please ask us about adding this service for an additional fee.
TEA CEREMONY COORDINATION
This is one of the most popular services we provide as 99% of our clients are Chinese/Vietnamese American, so we are very familiar with the tea ceremony, door game/gate crash, and even tray offering traditions.
We'll go over the rundown pre-ceremony and help explain to families if needed. We'll also help set up the decors, tea, and tea cups, help refill the hot water/tea for the teapot and prepare the next cups.

OFFICIATING
Mandarin/Cantonese/Vietnamese bilingual officiants
We LOVE to learn about our couples and to curate a personalized ceremony script for their big day.
We will send over a ceremony/relationship questionnaire after our officiant service is booked. This will provide us with all the details we need for the ceremony and to create the first draft.
After we receive the questionnaire, we will start to create the initial script with tons of personal touches. We will then share the draft with you to make any revisions (unlimited revisions until you're happy with it!), and we aim to finalize it 2 weeks before the big day!
Our bilingual officiants will make sure your families feel comfortable and included during the ceremony.

We will meet with you, usually via zoom/call, to understand your preferences and provide our professional guidance and suggestions to create a fun and successful reception that you and all your guests can truly enjoy! If you already have a timeline created, we will still review the detailed rundown with you to finalize it and provide our feedback as needed.
Our bilingual MCs will make your families feel right at home! Of course, if you prefer an English-only MC, that's also not a problem!

PROPOSAL
